The Super Big Perfect Hurricane (SBPH) is nearly coming? Only quite a few people feel it, and make some coping strategy, lots of people just do not believe it, and even invest more, however some people do not have money to join the stock market, and feel unfair injustice, but they still can do something, so they strike and fight for their right, or do nothing just “wait and see”! If the Super Big Perfect Hurricane comes true finally, the whole world will face the biggest stock, economical, and other unpredictable change and shock. These events will cause lots of people and companies do not know what and how to do? Because the SBPH (big change) will influence markets, health, shortages, fear etc. (Figure 1). And the company and people have no market and pocket money or cash flow to keep them surviving. However, some people and companies will survive indeed, believe it or not, these people (leader) and company make the conservative and right action, because their quantum level is higher, they will instinctively foresee the crisis, and make the survival and correct decision!
The biggest difference between the two group (survival or not) is quantum level, four Magnificent Quantum Leadership and Culture (Figure 1) may help us to see (1) Love, Justice, Polite, and Wisdom; (2) Adaptation (environment), Identification (core value), All Together (same fate), All Prosperity (wealth sharing). The Magnificent Quantum Leader creates and shapes Magnificent Quantum Culture. However, the most important thing is the Succession Plan, the company (organization) shall choose and promote Magnificent Quantum Leader to be CEO (President) to run the company (organization) and keep Magnificent Quantum Culture running and everlasting, in order to face this big and long crisis challenge of human history!
The World Order and Quantum are changing, if people and company still focus on how to make more and more money easily and rapidly, to enjoy better material life, to beat the competitor, to hurt, abuse and take advantage of others, the spirit will be blinded by greedy, selfish, competitive, zero-sum, anger, hate, fear, conflict, conquer, etc., this consciousness thinking (the lower level of quantum) is the root of SBPH. Finally, the leader of self, family, company, union, country, etc. if make life/ organization decision based on these 8 high quantum value, will be blessed and make wise decision to survive from the SBPH, please trust The One (ONE for ALL and ALL for ONE), and follow our heart, the SBPH will be diminished at last (Figure 1), and the whole world will be united to One Prosperity and Glory World!
