“Super-Big-Perfect-Hurricane (SBPH)” Leadership?

Opinion

The quantum level of Earth is rising, some people can feel it and change accordingly, lots of people cannot feel it, but feel the environment uncertain & unpredictable, however some people feel discomfortable, & feel Fear, Anger, and their families feel that they are sick, but don’t know how to help them, because the hospital physical diagnosis are normal. Everything is totally a mess!

The psychological formula that can explain the above story, B = f (P, E) means B: Behavior, P: Person, E: Environment, psychologists consider people’s behavior (positive or negative) is the function of a person interaction with environment. If people cannot adjust to a big change environment, such as Super-Big-Perfect-Hurricane (root from Trade Tariff War) (Figure 1), they will become abnormal & show negative emotion & behavior (fear, anxiety, anger, depression, sleeplessness, etc.), these events bring a lot of stress, burden and costs for their families. From the positive & health psychology, the coping strategy will be improving low quantum level (fear & anger) to a high quantum level (harmony & peace). That means people shall change consciousness thinking from fear and anger to “harmony” with self & environment, and talk to his/her heart to be “peaceful” within, and become a habit. Another way is to seek significant others (coaches, experts, relatives, etc.) support & help!

In the “Super-Big-Perfect-Hurricane (SBPH)” situation, four Core Competence and Magnificent Quanta Leadership will be needed: (1) Wisdom, Intelligence, Creativity, & Synthesize, and (2) Love, Justice, Polite, & Wisdom. Wisdom Competence means seeking common interest and good of all people, but not selfishness; Intelligence means learning, analysis, and persuasion; Creativity means creating new ideas, products, and strategies; Synthesize means combining all resources, ideas and the above competences! From the psychological research results, the better WICS leaders, make better organizational performance, well-being, and profit!

However Magnificent Quantum Leadership (Love, Justice, Polite, & Wisdom) is necessary for the Leader of Self, Family, Company, Country or Union, etc. If we make life/organization decision with these four quanta, we will be blessed and make the right decision, and these believers & behaviors all over the world will Positively influence “Stocks & Markets (Stable)”, “Health & Well-Being (Happy)”, “Shortages & Inflation (Fruitful)”, and “Fear & Conflict (Love)”, and most importantly the SBPH will be diminished gradually, and the whole world will be united to One Prosperity & Glory World! Although we may face the SBPH, even World War III, please trust The One (ONE for ALL & ALL for ONE), and follow our heart, we can & will make it come true, we are now transferring to a new edge!1,2
