When the trade tariff war breaks out, the world faces the Super Big Change. From a psychological perspective, when people face big changes, we immediately experience a lot of stress. The stress process will be: (1) Uncertain Stressor (big change) (2) Cognition & Evaluation (shock and thinking) (3) Behavioral Reaction (fight or flight). The more stressed we are, the greater the impact, especially the war negatively affecting “Stocks & Markets(Uncertainty)”, “Survival & Health (Lack of Money)”, “Shortages & Inflation (Supply Chain)”, and most importantly “Fear & Conflict (What / How to do it)” (Figure 1)! Especially lots of people around the world lack "Pocket Money"! When people / companies lack pocket money, they will not know how to survive, nor how to keep the company working, survival or sustaining. Everything is uncertain and this affects people or managers or CEOs not knowing what / how to do it!
In this uncertain, difficult, unpredictable and globally competitive situation, two Competence and two Quanta will be essential: (1) Problem Solving & Decision Making, and (2) Love and Wisdom. This means we need to face this difficult problem and follow these rules: calm down, see through, face/fight, and right decision. While we may not be able to make 100% perfect decisions, we can practice over and over again to make our decisions more and more successful. Just like in a basketball game, we have defensive and offensive strategies, and our opponents will also have too. When the game starts, we need to use our advantages and send out our best team to face the competitive situation, and change the defense & offense strategies accordingly, and when the time is up, we hope to win the game!
The most important thing is that the Leaders of Self, Family, Company, Union, or Country need to have Love and Wisdom (Quantum). The quantum is the smallest unit of energy, if we make decisions with Love and Wisdom, we will be full of energy and make the right decisions. Everyone needs to Love himself/ herself and have Wisdom to keep himself/herself healthy and survive. If not, he/she needs to seek social support (family, friends, relatives, etc.). If the Leaders of a company have enough pocket money, they shouldn’t downsize the employees (Love), and the top management team shall have the Wisdom to make the right strategy and decision to keep the company alive, profit, prosperity and glory! Of course, so shall the Leaders of countries & unions, etc.!
Finally, looking at human history, big changes (such as World War I, II) will destroy the world's systems/rules, bring a lot of pain, or cause many people to die or be injured, but people will eventually find new ways of life and new systems to unite the whole world. Although we are now facing this “Super-Big-Perfect- Hurricane (SBPH)?” situation day by day, please trust positive human nature, we can & will make it through!
